Post-Traumatic and Post-Surgical Treatments
Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
A gentle, medical-grade treatment using the Vodder MLD technique to reduce post-operative swelling and support a faster, smoother healing process.
Ideal for recovery from sprains, whiplash, hematomas, and particularly effective following cosmetic or surgical procedures such as liposuction, plastic surgery, or orthopedic surgery. Helps minimize surgical scarring, burn- related skin damage, fibrosis, seromas, and swelling.
A professionally trained MLD therapist may incorporate medical equipment or technology to further enhance recovery.
Clearance from your physician is recommended before receiving this treatment.
Prenatal Lymphatic Massage and Postpartum Care
Pamper yourself or a loved one with a carefully designed prenatal massage that combines relaxation with therapeutic benefits.
This gentle lymphatic massage helps stimulate lymph flow, reduce edema, and promote better circulation, which can alleviate discomfort and improve oxygen and nutrient delivery throughout the body. By assisting in the removal of metabolic waste and toxins, this treatment supports the body’s natural detoxification processes, which are working harder during pregnancy.
Additional benefits include reduced heaviness in the legs, relief from fatigue, enhanced fluid balance, and overall relaxation, helping to support both physical and emotional well-being during this transformative time.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage
An indulgent body sculpting and lymphatic drainage experience designed to instantly alleviate bloating, puffiness, and water retention.
Unlike the gentler Vodder MLD, this targeted technique offers a more profound, therapeutic touch.
Using a custom lymphatic blend of therapeutic essential oils, the treatment promotes detoxification, enhances circulation, supports immune system and overall wellness. Clients enjoy benefits such as smoother skin, reduced cellulite appearance, improved skin tone, relief from stress and fatigue, better sleep, strengthened immunity, and accelerated post-surgical recovery.
Visible slimming and contouring results can last up to a week or longer.
Lymphatic Enhancement Technology® Therapy
Vibrant health and beauty begin with an optimally functioning lymphatic system. This treatment helps cleanse the body, boost immunity, improve circulation, and reduce chronic inflammation.
A trained and certified lymphatic therapist integrates manual techniques with the Lymphstar Pro Fusion®, a gentle, noninvasive instrument that uses vibration, sound waves, and light energies to support detoxification and healing.
Vibrational lymphatic therapy enhances full-body circulation by releasing toxins, stagnant fluids, and trapped proteins between cells. It also works along acupuncture meridians to clear energetic blockages and restore balance. The result is accelerated detoxification, improved fluid flow, and a powerful anti-aging effect.
Wood Therapy and Fascia Treatments
Wood Therapy and Fascial Manipulation use traditional wooden tools and modern myofascial instruments to release soft-tissue restrictions, support lymphatic flow, and enhance body-contouring results. Through targeted, vigorous massage, this treatment stimulates lymphatic circulation, mobilizes adipose tissue, and helps break down localized fat deposits.
By releasing fascial adhesions, it can improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and boost skin elasticity. Increased microcirculation, oxygenation, and tissue hydration promote smoother, firmer, healthier-looking skin—especially when paired with Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage.
Chinese Medicine Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy is an evidence-informed, ancient therapeutic technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and increasingly integrated into modern complementary and integrative healthcare. This method involves the application of specially designed cups to the skin, creating localized suction to stimulate circulation, mobilize fluids, and facilitate the body’s natural detoxification processes.
The primary objective of cupping is to enhance blood flow, reduce musculoskeletal tension, and promote lymphatic drainage, which can assist in relieving inflammation, improving tissue oxygenation, and supporting the body’s healing response.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, cupping is believed to facilitate the flow of qi (vital energy) through the body, promoting balance and vitality.
Health Conditions Symptoms Relief Treatments
Because the techniques of MLD assist with stimulating a parasympathetic response in the body, MLD can be useful in situations where the nervous system or autoimmune system of the body has been compromised and can reduce symptoms from various health conditions.
Analgesic effects are promoted with MLD due to the accelerated drainage of pain causing substances from treated areas.
This treatment can help with reducing pain, reducing tissue congestion, immunity enhancement, reducing inflammation, increasing range of motion, promoting circulation and encourages pliability of tissues. Objectives will be specific to each indication and each individual but can include reduction of spasticity and tremors and increased relaxation.
MLD treatment can be beneficial for patients with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, complex regional pain syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, lupus, traumatic brain injuries, Lyme disease, diabetes and lymphedema.
Oncology Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Many components that make MLD so useful with other conditions apply to aspects of the oncology setting, especially since cancer treatments itself can contribute to conditions that MLD can benefit. Medications, chemotherapy, surgical interventions and radiation therapy can each cause side effects that may be indications for MLD used in conjunction with proper medical care.
In the oncology setting, MLD can assist with post surgical recovery, edema reduction, pain control, infection prevention, hematoma resolution, constipation relief, relaxation, stress reduction and improved sleep.
All cancer patients must have a prescription from their oncologist.

This is very helpful for patients with fibrocystic breast disease. MLD is very helpful for treatment of Lymphedema.
Breast cancer rehabilitation by a trained and certified practitioner involves lymphatic drainage, scar tissue massage, myofascial release and gentle stretching. These techniques help with pain, inflammation, scar tissue and can improve range of motion and quality of life. They can reduce depression and mood disorders, which are common in women with breast cancer.
